As the Accreditation Manager you will convey the value of AACSB accreditation and member services to business schools worldwide and assist schools with their continuous development and achievement of overall high quality. This role has a focus on schools in the Asia Pacific (AP) region.
The position is best suited for candidates who enjoy building successful member relationships and have strong analytical and writing skills most beneficial for accreditation-related work. The ideal candidate will be interested in being part of a multi-cultural team and interacting with members from many different backgrounds.
How you will Contribute:
- Acts as staff liaison for accredited schools and those in the initial accreditation process, working in close coordination with mentors and peer review teams.
- Develops and supports quality assurance strategies for member schools in Asia Pacific to ensure quality throughout the accreditation process.
- Actively participates in industry-related activities, and promotes AACSB accreditation at internal and external events, workshops, conferences, etc.
- Facilitates the movement of appropriate member schools into the accreditation process.
- Reviews and analyzes accreditation eligibility applications and school documentation.
- Serves as a resource for accreditation committee members in preparation of and during committee meetings.
- Maintains a deep understanding of the higher education landscape and developments in assigned geographical areas.
- Performs duties in accordance with AACSB’s values and ensures that the best interest of AACSB and its members is at the forefront of all initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications applicable to position
- Fluency in the English language as you will need to liaise with colleges and universities globally
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of professional-level experience (i.e. building and supporting member relationships)
- Ability to travel internationally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Eight (8) years of professional-level experience (i.e. building and supporting member relationships)
- Communicate effectively with Chinese language business schools
