- Collaborate closely with Level 1 network engineers to provide meticulous technical documentation support for Project & Solutions Teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project documentation, including detailed system designs and configurations.
- Partner with Level 3 network engineers to engage with back-line support and/or vendor support, leveraging expertise to swiftly diagnose and rectify technical problems, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Deliver comprehensive post-sales installation and technical assistance to customers, ensuring seamless implementation and operation of network and security infrastructure components.
- Actively participate in the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and security infrastructure, adhering to established standards and best practices for core network switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Contribute to the planning, design, research, and installation of new or upgraded network hardware and software, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to fulfill project requirements and objectives.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of Aruba switches and wireless, Cisco routers, firewalls, and switches to optimize network infrastructure setup and performance.
- Demonstrate adept troubleshooting skills to swiftly identify problems and recommend effective workarounds or solutions, minimizing disruption to operations.
- Support the handover of as-built system documentation to the Maintenance support team, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing support for deployed solutions.
- Foster positive relationships and collaboration through excellent interpersonal and communication skills, interacting effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers at all levels.
- Collaborate with Level 3 network engineers to achieve project milestones and objectives, aligning with project timelines and goals effectively.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in configuring and administering routers and switches, with a focus on supporting enterprise-level network infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of network systems, architectures, routing, switching, firewall, and security principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving objectives both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Aruba switches and wireless, Cisco routers, and switches preferred.
- Candidates with CCNA, CCNP, or Certified in Aruba products will be given preference.
