This role should be filled by a highly driven, passionate and knowledgeable Operations Performance Analyst. Reporting to the Head of Operations and based in Singapore, this is a really exciting and challenging role!
Responsibilities:
- Identify and solve problems by analysing and deriving insights from large and complex sets of data
- Conduct test and experiments to validate hypotheses and to measure effectiveness of proposed improvements
- Build reports and dashboards to track performance KPIs, improve warehouse performance and compliance, while taking customer experience to the next level
- Work with both internal and external partners to optimize overall operation through process development
- Responsible for the analysis of business problems to identify the root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct root-cause analysis to spot existing problems in our warehouse operations and present it in a visual way
- Identify the most impactful ways to use data and analytics to drive insights, make decision making and improve our warehouse performance
- Responsible for providing optimal business solutions to achieve operational and financial goals
- Ensuring all stakeholders within the team and business have access to relevant reporting in clear dashboards using a variety of tools
- Presenting analytical findings to senior stakeholders
- Be the point of contact between operations and BI to organise and streamline requests
- Applying your expertise to design and implement new metrics across the business
- Perform deep-dive analysis on our picker performance to solve critical business problems and improve our processes
