Job Scope
- Conduct engaging live stream lessons for students.
- Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Create innovative lesson plans that align with educational standards and objectives.
- Utilize technology and multimedia resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance instructional strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results.
- Evaluate students' progress and tailor recommendations and personalised plans based on their unique learning needs, leveraging learning analytics.
- Adapt and implement lesson plans following established guidelines and methodology to optimise the curriculum's effectiveness in achieving learning outcomes.
- Conduct interactive and dynamic classroom sessions that actively engage students, promoting critical thinking and active participation.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to parents, ensuring they are well-informed about their child's academic progress.
- Provides 1-to-1 consultations through an in-house messaging platform to address students’ academic needs outside of the classroom.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- While teaching experience is preferred, it is not compulsory

Work Schedule:
- 3 weekdays + 2 weekends (12pm to 9pm / 9am to 6pm) OR
- 2 weekdays + 2 weekends (12pm to 9pm / 9am to 6pm)
