DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the upload of pertinent documents in SBOSC SharePoint pertaining to ISS-Singapore Records Retention Policy.
  • Consolidate all hard copies in accordance with ISS-Singapore Records Retention Policy.
  • Marked boxes and files as required and keep in designation location.
  • Coordinate with Annex POCs for records and documents required in accordance with ISS-Singapore Records Retention Policy
  • Provide regular updates to Manager with regards to ISS-Singapore Records Retention Policy.
  • Follow up with Annex POCs on CFE, CFM, GFE and GFM inventory. Provide progress to Manager.
  • Provide clerical duties such as scanning, filling, and packing of documents.
  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.


EDUCATION:

· Minimum High School education


EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum 1 year of clerical duties experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
