Roles:
· Attend to Client/ Project Meeting
· Process monthly progress claim and construction claim with client
· Cost estimation, preparation and submission of variation to client
· Lead the tendering process
· Familiar with SIA/PSSCOC & REDAS forms of contract administration
· Familiar of SOP Act Administration
· Prepare Tender Documentation for Sub-Contract
· Contract Administration
· Monitor Sub-Contractor’s monthly progress claim
· Assessment to Sub-Contractor’s Variation Order Claim
· Recommend new Vendor participate sub-contract tendering
· Implement Improvement to Operation Processes
· Final Account Administration with client and sub-contractors
Requirements:
· Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
· 5 years of working experience in the construction Industry
