- We are looking for a Salesforce Developer cum Admin
- The role will start out as a contract
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
- 2-4 years of similar experience
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred
- Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications preferred
Job Description
- - Salesforce Administration: Maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, and access controls across different Salesforce instances (e.g., Global vs. Regional Salesforce).
- - Salesforce Development: involved in designing/developing custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- - Support sales teams in accessing CRM for lead generation, including configuring and customizing
- - Potentailly taking part in transitioning manual process to automation
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- - Potential engagement in Marketing platform project, leveraging Salesforce integrations.
- - Address technical admin requests and resolve issues independently
- - Mix of technical/admin responsibilities (70-30 split).
