Work you will do
This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.
As part of Marketing, and Commerce (M&C), you will lead CX Technology sales and delivery, building digital platforms and products for clients across industries to drive digital transformation and innovation.
You will:
- Lead our CX Technology capability, helping client shape solutions, grow and lead the CX technology team, and deliver large scale digital transformation and innovation programs
- Be at the forefront of applying digital technologies to drive sustainable and profitable growth through breakthrough customer experiences, leveraging the ecosystem of technologies
- Serve as Deloitte Digital’s recognized sales leader to focus on sales to market leading clients with CX technology solutions.
- Identify, nurture and close complex deals and navigate many client contacts and their political landscape while executing the account plans.
- Develop cross-sector go-to-market strategy in close alignment with the M&C Offering Portfolios
- Generate new business and forge alliances, that drives market impact
- Comfortable in straddling both strategy, technology, and customer experience
- Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to clients. This includes overall planning, organizing, designing, integrating, and delivery of all services prioritized in alignment with the client's expectations and business needs.

Enough about us, let's talk about you
If you are someone with:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience with proven success in delivering large scale digital technology programs, selling and shaping digital transformation initiatives
- Delivered CX platform applications, custom build, mobile application development, web apps
- Platform and technology knowledge in Salesforce Digital 360, SAP CX, Adobe Experience Cloud, native app development, React, CDP, real-time decisioning, Adtech etc.
- Expertise in digital verticals including but not limited to: eCommerce, digital banking, consumer goods, retail
- Guru at managing the software development lifecycle at scale and product management
- Demonstrable success in pitching and winning large engagements. Advantageous if ran P&L experience
- Strong background in selling and delivering CX projects, preferably with specific industry verticals
- Ability to bring, build industry and partner network to build and drive business growth.
- Run large scale agile programs, with experience in retooling organizations with agile capabilities and implementing full DevOps capabilities
- Deep client expertise, C-Level presence, with success in growing pipeline
- Success in building professional service practice and leading teams
- Clear ability to drive projects to successful, on-time completion and influence stakeholders and team members
- Experience in SEA/APAC market
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively synthesize business requirements into technical outcomes for varied audiences
- Experience in dynamic situations and able to shift gears comfortably and effectively
- Capable problem-solver that uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
- Global thinker that can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future
