- Attend to service call at customers' premises and respond to calls for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance service request in accordance with the Company’s Service Agreement.
- Monitor closely the progress of the work done to ensure that the schedule and quality of work are met.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time and able to provide technical support to the other departments.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of experience in CCTV or Security Related Products
- Possess valid class 3 driving license.
