Responsibilities
- Provide on-site / online support to customers to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Any other duties/projects as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience of desktop support in end users environment.
- Preferred with good knowledge in Microsoft Windows XP/7/8/10/11.
- Able to take initiative and work with minimum supervision.
- A responsible, self-motivated, meticulous and resourceful team player with good organizational and communication skills
