We are looking for an Creative , independent , initiative Content Digital marketing manager ( Enrichment Education ) to assist to uplift the brand of the company
Job Description
· Primarily responsible to create, plan, build, execute creative content marketing and Sales initiatives in social platforms and search engines.
· The candidate MUST have a sense of experience in Digital & Social Media Marketing (different social platforms and search engines)
· Create, Design, Coordinate and Execute campaigns and ensure outstanding delivery ( including Video )
· Responsible for create and leads generating application, monitor the lead pipeline and provide weekly report to the Director, Sales/Business Development
· Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital media connection with consumers
· To work with Director and Deputy Director on marketing budget and develop cost- effective marketing plan
· Monitor and keep track on the leads’ generation and effectiveness of the campaign and produce a constructive report to the Director
· To support the BU in all other activities as and when assigned.

Requirement:
· 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing or project management:
· Developing marketing calendar and roadmap
· Project management
· Working and influencing creative team and product team
· Developing customer journeys
· Strong copy and content writing capabilities.
· Excellent project management skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
· Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data.
· Ability to think critically.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills
· Experienced with Google , Facebook, Tiktok , LinkedIn etc
· SEO , SEM, CPC campaigns, Google AdWords, display ad networks etc
· Social Media Marketing campaign know how, setup, execution.
· Marketing automation tools, mailchimp, hootsuite, marketor etc.
· Graphic design, use of adobe illustrator or photoshop
· Communications Skills – Active listening to give full attention to understand others, asking right questions and speaking to convey information effectively
· Negotiation Skills – To reconcile differences in customer’s request and achieve mutual agreement to meet business objectives
· Persuasive skills to convince customers to make purchase decision.
· Time management to effectively manage own time and prioritize work commitments
· Service Orientation – Actively and creatively looking for ways to provide good service and help people.
· Computing/Microsoft Office 365
· CRM system (Salesforce, ERP, SAP)
