Job Scope
· Provide administrative support to Elementary School Principal
· Assist Teachers to plan, organise and coordinate elementary school events
· Experience in co-ordinating school activities, buses and field trips.
· Meticulous in updating school systems with student data
· Assist with record-keeping, both electronic and paper.
· Assist in Special Projects assigned time to time.
· Excellent communication skills with parents and students through the school’s various platforms
Requirements
· Possess a degree with 2 years working experience (diploma holders with 3 experience may also apply)
· Proficient in computer skills, including google suite applications and Microsoft office.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
