Job Description
· Maintaining the general cleanliness of equipment and the workplace.
· Providing logistical support for school events and activities, including transporting, and arranging furniture and equipment
· Simple administrative and office work
· Assisting with the cleaning and preparation of equipment, apparatus and substances for science laboratory lessons
· When scheduled to work on morning shift, assist in traffic marshalling in the morning when students report to school.
· Any other assigned duties e.g. escorting contractors and vendors for servicing work when needed
Requirements
· Applicants should have an acceptable level of fitness and resilience to be able to perform the role effectively
· PSLE
· Good team player
· Some experience working in school environment
Working hours
Personnel will be working in alternate week shifts:
Morning shift
· Mondays to Thursdays: 6.00am to 3.15pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
· Fridays: 6.00am to 2.45pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Afternoon shift
· Mondays to Thursdays: 9.15am to 6.30pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
· Fridays: 9.45am to 6.30pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Contract Period: From 1 June 2024 to 31 December 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
