Position: Human Resource Data Specialist
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $5400
Job Scope:
- Conduct HR data mapping analysis for system migration.
- Collaborate with HR and IT to ensure accurate data transfer.
- Lead data transformation efforts to maintain integrity and compliance.
- Develop and maintain migration documentation and data dictionaries.
- Optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Implement quality assurance measures for post-migration data validation.
- Provide HR teams with support on data transformation procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or data management.
- Strong understanding of HR data structures and compliance.
- Have experience in data migration and HR system rollouts.
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in MS Excel and data manipulation.
- Experience with Excel macros or Python is a plus.
