RESTAURANT MANAGER

Royal Spicy Dosa Restaurant Pte. Ltd.

We are a modern Asian restaurant looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Restaurant Manager to join our team! The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as experience in a restaurant environment. Importantly, having a hands-on approach in leading by example, seeking service excellence at all times.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a great customer experience at our restaurant across food & beverage and maintaining the ambience and facilities to the highest standards
  • Dealing with any customer complaints efficiently, with the goal of service recovery being the top priority
  • Supervising the service and guest experience teams to ensure that all staff are well-versed in company SOPs and customer experience guidelines
  • Ensure that all operational teams are well-versed in the restaurant’s brand story, company history and latest developments
  • Coordinate communication between Service team and Kitchen team to ensure smooth execution
  • Setting up and enforcing quality and safety controls at all times
  • Coordinate and cooperate with the kitchen team to ensure a consistent delivery of F&B offerings and work closely with them on integrated promotions/events/themes/pairings
  • Manage and maintain all software systems needed to handle Reservations, Table Management and POS
  • Oversee the service team on executing successful Delivery services and managing logistics
  • Manage and ensure all third party suppliers and agencies are keeping to onsite SOPs and delivering their KPIs consistently
  • Create and maintain detailed reports of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and costs
  • Work closely with the management teams to secure events and any private/corporate bookings, and ensure smooth execution onsite across all departments
  • Implement new business initiatives as and where relevant
  • Provide input and analysis to management team based on assessing Sales reports and how to improve overall business performance
  • Managing and leading the onsite teams to achieving business targets

  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
  • Observant and quick to act
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident and experienced in handling business goals and revenue targets
  • Great time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient under pressure
  • Has great initiative and team leadership skills
