Position: Human Resource Risk and Compliance Officer
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $5400
Job Description:
- Perform fit and proper checks, including AML/SCCB screening.
- Conduct annual credit screening for Senior Managers/Material Risk Takers.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage financial representatives' registration.
- Assist with RNF checks and review quarterly email notifications.
- Coordinate team's RCSA and CSA reviews, Divisional-wide reviews, BCM matters, and vendor fitness assessments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR risk or compliance roles.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in understanding regulations and designing compliance policies.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
