Responsibilities:
- Execute central kitchen hiring
- Collaborate with managers for staffing needs
- Source candidates via online platforms
- Conduct interviews and assessments
- Design job descriptions, manage branding
- Attend job fairs, forecast hiring needs
- Cultivate candidate relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or related field
- Minimum 3-4 years in blue-collar talent acquisition
- Must have experience in F&B manufacturing sector
- Proficient in employment laws
