Job Duties:
- Coordination of travel arrangements (booking of flights, hotels, transfers, visas etc)
- Calendars management
- Assist in expense preparation, submission and tracking
- Review, record and obtain required approvals for invoice payments
- Coordinate and provide support with meetings, events and conferences whenever necessary
- Attend and receive guests at the reception on the assigned floor in a professional manner when required
- Assist with meeting room bookings and arrange refreshments where necessary
- Assist in gathering company reports, presentations in advance to the meetings.
- Maintain travel & meetings record.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
