Position: UAT Tester (HR Payroll)
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $5400
Job Description:
- Assist in implementing the Human Capital Management system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure comprehensive system testing.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with end-users.
- Document system requirements, specifications, and test results.
- Support other projects and day-to-day activities in the Payroll team.
Job Requirements:
- Experienced payroll professional with a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in payroll operations.
- Proven experience in supporting system implementation and testing, preferably within HR systems or a similar role.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
