interpreting specifications and job orders
determining sequence of operations and use of equipment
estimating manpower requirements
assigning duties to workers
analysing and resolving work problems
coordinating the work of one or more units with other units
recommending or initiating personnel action
supervising co-workers and helping them in their work
Supervision of workers and subcontractors on daily site activities
Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time
Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping
Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completed works
Assist Project Manager in material and equipment acquisition
Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
Reliable, punctual with good communication skills.
Honest, reliable, meticulous and with a good working attitude
Able to work overtimeand and on weekends when we required.
Able to interpret drawings and perform accordingly.
