Key Responsibilities
· Conduct training sessions and classes in alignment with established curriculum guidelines.
· Employ diverse teaching methods and strategies to accommodate various learning styles effectively.
· Cultivate active participation and engagement among adult learners.
· Stimulate critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative learning environments.
· Address participant inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and efficiently.
· Develop and administer assessments to evaluate participant understanding and progress accurately.
· Provide constructive feedback and guidance to foster participant development.
· Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of training materials and content based on participant feedback and emerging educational trends.
· Maintain precise records of participant attendance, progress, and performance.
· Compile and submit requisite reports and documentation promptly.
· Stay updated on adult education methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
· Participate in training and development opportunities to refine teaching skills continually.
· Conduct sales and marketing activities as necessary to promote courses.
· Assist in managing course registration using the company's Training Management System.
· Ensure the classroom environment is conducive before the commencement of each session.
· Collaborate closely with the Training Manager on training and development initiatives.
· Undertake any additional ad-hoc tasks related to training and development as directed by the Training Manager.
Qualifications
· 1-2 years of relevant work experience (Preference for experience in a Registered Training Provider environment).
· Possession of ACTA/ ACLP qualification.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
· Outstanding organizational skills.
· Resilient with a positive mindset and a solution-focused approach.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
