As the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our technical operations, ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and security of our systems and platforms. In addition to collaborating with a team of tech professionals and driving strategic initiatives, you will also manage IT assets and enhance IT security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with external technical team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
· Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions to meet business objectives.
· Interpret and analyze programming languages, algorithms, and data structures to optimize system performance and functionality.
· Implement and maintain cyber security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
· Manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and infrastructure, to ensure efficient utilization and compliance with organizational policies and standards.
· Enhance IT security measures, including access controls, data encryption, and security monitoring, to safeguard company data and assets.
· Conduct testing and quality assurance of online platforms, ensuring usability, functionality, and security standards are met.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define technical requirements and priorities, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong track record of managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.
· Proficiency in programming languages.
· In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, and tools, with experience implementing security measures in enterprise environments.
