About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing company. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing mission-critical solutions within our organization and to fuel our growth. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within the allotted timeframe and budget, while meeting the highest quality standards. This is a highly visible and challenging position that requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.


Roles & Responsibilities


Project management

  • Lead planning and implementation of projects. Schedule and oversee external project deliveries, ensuring successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Participate in the project early stages for the assessment of the project scope, schedule, effort, resources, activities and risk.
  • Perform business analysis with relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Performs ongoing review of project status; identifies project risks. Develops, recommends and implements risk mitigation solutions as approved and as appropriate.
  • Applies the principles, types, and stages of a change. Develops a change management approach to suit the situation.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Coordinate organizational change initiatives from beginning-to-end, ensuring programs meet expectations, change impacts are mitigated, and key partners are active and committed throughout the process.

Stakeholder management

  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders, such as clients, business teams, project teams and management to facilitate successful negotiation at work and critical issue escalation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth execution of projects

Planning, reporting & control

  • Prepare project management materials, such as project plan, progress updates, presentation and meeting minutes.
  • Manage the quality of the project documents, such as solution and requirements specifications, technical specifications, test and implementation plan, etc.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Establish standards and operation procedures for project deliverables and services.

Job Requirements

  • Proactive, result-oriented and interested in sustainability and technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in computing engineering, Computer Science, Business or equivalent
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in managing IT projects in software development and infrastructure implementation or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of trading/financial service environments from Front Office to support functions.
  • Experience in business analysis
  • Knowledge of project/product management & methodologies Agile certifications and experience. PMP certification preferred
  • Good planning, organization, coordination, tracking and reporting skill for project activities
