Ugene Lab is the premier food testing laboratory. We provide customers with a broad range of microbiological and chemical testing, rapid testing, hygiene monitoring and specialized test methods developed to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain and improve the quality management system (ISO 17025).
- Drive quality improvements and proactive participation in continuous improvement.
- Handle all assessments by accreditation bodies and audits by clients.
- Manage internal audits across management system and laboratory.
- Monitor laboratory test equipment for calibration.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions identified are implemented and verified in a timely manner.
- Manage external and internal proficiency testing programs and prepare compliance and improvement metrics as required.
Requirments:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing quality management systems within testing, inspection or certification environment.
- Demonstrate experience auditing against ISO/IEC 17025.
- Sound knowledge of equipment calibration and analyzing proficiency test data.
