Role : Finastra Consultant
- 18+ years hands-on IT solution delivery experience including of experience in a similar solutions technical role, with an excellent track record of delivering and implementing support in BFSI verticals domain specific to Corporate Banking, Wealth Management and Retail banking.
- Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems in organisational units.
- Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.
- Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.
- Must have current working experience in Banking & Financial Services domain for at least 15+ years as a Application lead / Technical lead / Technical manager in a large digital transformation projects.
- Working experience as a Tech lead/ manager with Finastra experience is a must
- 5+ years hands -on experience, and deep understanding of Finastra experience in implementing the same in banking environment.
- 5+ years recent working experience in Wealth Management Robo Advisory Platform into banking domain is a must.
- Must have 10+ years working experience in Dot.Net, Java, Java Scripting, Oracle, in banking environment.
- At least 15+ years’ experience in the IT industry, preferably in large, complex enterprises.
- Experience in implementing Finastra application in local banks is a must (3+ years).
- In depth knowledge and experience of technology stack at local banks is mandatory (must).
- Should have hands on experience in Finastra (Fusion Corporate Channels) for at least 5+ years.
- Extensive and significant working experience as a Tech manager/technical lead in large cross-functional teams or enterprise projects in local banks.
- Experience in banking and financial project is must.
- Must have current working experience in digital transformation projects.
- Deep experience delivering mission critical, enterprise scale IT solutions in a heterogeneous technology environment, both in-house built and 3rd party vendor products.
- Experience in analysis, preparing / reviewing functional specifications and testing experience.
- Familiarity with best practice methodologies and tools for the entire solution lifecycle from ideation to requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and operations.
