Job Duties:
- Maintain the existing solutions to expand the firm's flow platform capabilities
- Design new tools for pricing, trade execution, booking and workflow
- Attend to and ,igrate critical ones to more strategic and robust solutions
- Liaising and coordinate with other departments/stakeholders such as quant, trading, middle office, and sales teams on various subjects
- Coordinate with technology teams on systems integrations and migrations
- Test, validate, document, and communicate changes
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Program Manager within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
- Knowledge of Equity derivatives
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, have great attention to detail and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.
- Advanced programming, preferably object oriented: VBA/Python preferably
- Excellent Excel, Powerpoint and process mapping skillsets required.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment under tight contractual deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate to a range of audiences and facilitate discussions.
