  • Qualification: Diploma in Business or Equivalent
  • Prior working in a nursing home
  • Work location: Lengkok Bahru

Job Scope:

Support Administration Manager in the day-to-day management of the reception; administration; others’ supporting duties


Job functions:


  • Receive, answer and transfer calls.
  • Take down messages if the recipient is unable to take the call
  • Attend to visitors ad handle inquiries
  • Manage the auto-gate intercom system
  • Manage the public address system
  • Open the letter box every day
  • Re-direct incoming and outgoing mails/faxes
  • Maintain a good filing system and records.
  • Handle admission or discharge of residents.
  • Collection of payment
  • Monthly billing
  • Issuing of invoices and receipts
  • Date entry and administrative work
  • Handle clients feedback
