Job Scope:
Support Administration Manager in the day-to-day management of the reception; administration; others’ supporting duties
Job functions:
- Receive, answer and transfer calls.
- Take down messages if the recipient is unable to take the call
- Attend to visitors ad handle inquiries
- Manage the auto-gate intercom system
- Manage the public address system
- Open the letter box every day
- Re-direct incoming and outgoing mails/faxes
- Maintain a good filing system and records.
- Handle admission or discharge of residents.
- Collection of payment
- Monthly billing
- Issuing of invoices and receipts
- Date entry and administrative work
- Handle clients feedback
