We are searching for highly qualified Senior Consultant candidates, for strategy consulting roles working broadly across financial services for our business and are looking for candidates with relevant work experience preferably in Financial Services and/or Management consulting. Experience could be from working at financial institutions or supporting them in consulting capacity.

The Senior Consultant position offers excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with significant prior experience. As a professional member of our firm, your initial responsibilities will include:


  • Participate in end-to-end execution of individual projects. This typically includes developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, creatively tackling information limitations, and surfacing insights.
  • Supporting our Partner group in business development efforts, including proposal creation and development of thought leadership publications.
  • Owning and developing executive client relationships, presenting to a wide range of audiences, and working day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Being a key member of an entrepreneurial team – stepping up and taking ownership when needed, calling out what we need to do better and being on an on-going quest to make us better every day
  • Lead key research and analysis related to effectiveness and efficiency uplift for Risk and Compliance function in bank, including topics related to process re-design, operating model, etc.
  • As part of the central program management, candidates are required to have a strong understanding of the big picture and ‘connect the dots’ between different workstreams
  • Monitor and assess overall programme progress and develop reporting metrics and outputs


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization in financial services)
  • Hands-on project experience related to Risk and Compliance target operating model design, implementation planning, large-scale cost savings and/or transformation programmes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and drive internal and client meetings independently, including preparation of client workshop
  • Fluent in English, local SE-Asian languages a plus
  • We are looking for individuals who take a long-term view, want to be a core part of our team and grow into the future leaders of our team and beyond.
  • A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
  • Experience working on large-scale cost savings and/or transformation programmes would have an added advantage
  • Know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you’ve already got to good use.
  • Not just intelligence, but creativity too: you’ll be ready to come up with novel ideas to solve our clients’ biggest problems.
  • Ability to apply depth of content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution, and to develop new intellectual capital to support business development activities
  • Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments
  • A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our incredibly talented team.
