Responsibilities:
- Handle partial of accounting functions such as invoice billings, receipts, data entry and payment of suppliers’ invoices and other ad-hoc expenses
- Update and provide input to sales reports (monthly/ annual).
- Manage monthly and annual closing
- Handle monthly intercompany billings and process staff claims
- Handle GST preparation
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Do up monthly P&L report to management
- Ensure timely preparation of balance sheet schedules
- Liaise with sales, operation team and suppliers/ customers
- Ensure compliance with accounting policy and procedures
- Maintaining proper filling documents
- Assist in any ad hoc assignment.
