Business Development Manager

Responsibility:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors.
  • Analyze market data to develop insights and strategies for business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to business development activities.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on progress and challenges.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and trends, and recommend innovative approaches to drive business growth.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to undertake frequent and extended business trips to build and maintain client relationships, explore new markets, and attend industry events.
  • Proactively address client concerns and challenges to enhance overall client experience.


Requirement:

  • Degree in Finance or any related discipline.
  • Strong consultative/solution and value selling skills, results driven sales skills and the ability to close high level account renewals.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate with chinese clients from overseas.
  • Able to work independently.
