Responsibility:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors.
- Analyze market data to develop insights and strategies for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to business development activities.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on progress and challenges.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and trends, and recommend innovative approaches to drive business growth.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Willingness to undertake frequent and extended business trips to build and maintain client relationships, explore new markets, and attend industry events.
- Proactively address client concerns and challenges to enhance overall client experience.
Requirement:
- Degree in Finance or any related discipline.
- Strong consultative/solution and value selling skills, results driven sales skills and the ability to close high level account renewals.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to communicate with chinese clients from overseas.
- Able to work independently.
