Our client is a local importer/exporter of grocery products, looking for a new finance assistant to join them.
Duties:
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable duties
- Processing, verification, organising, updating and monitoring of documents, bills, invoices and payments
- Assist Accounts in updating records into ERP system
- Assist in monthly stocktake and closing of accounts
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC or equivalent qualifications with some relevant working experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Meticulous, good initiative and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
