Job Summary
- To support QA team in performing routine inspections for warehouse and distribution processes.
- To ensure QA and distribution processes are in compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain quality documents.
- To ensure quality records comply with Good Documentation Practices.
- To verify incoming goods and ethical packaging materials based on product /packaging requirements and/or redressing specifications.
- To ensure COAs are received before releasing any medicinal products to salable locations.
- To approve first article sample for each redressing job, where applicable.
- To perform random check / self-inspection on warehousing processes.
- To perform / verify in-process inspection and quality data records.
- To release redressed products against product requirement and specifications files.
- To review redressing specification file when necessary.
- To verify reconciliation of printed packaging materials and redressed products.
- To verify and release of returned goods that are fit for resale back to saleable location.
- To verify quarantined products due to quality issues.
- Assist in training and coaching warehouse personnel and redressers.
- To highlight on any deviation and follow up with investigation.
- To ensure incoming goods are received and stored according to product requirements.
- To ensure redressed goods are redressed to the required market requirements before releasing for market.
- To ensure printed packaging materials process in compliance.
- To conduct training for redressing team periodically in the good practices and product redressing work instruction.
- To verify trade return of ethical goods that are fit for resale.
- To verify reconciliation of quarantined and recalled products.
- Any other tasks, assignments or projects by direct supervisor.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of QA Experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
