Job Description
As a Project Specialist in our Learning and Development team, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of managing learning and development projects.

Key Responsibilities include:
Project Needs Analysis
- Conduct needs analysis for simple learning projects for both existing and new clients.
- Utilize standardized templates to generate outlines and proposals for clients.
- Maintain contact with clients to get a good understanding of their requirements.
Client Interface
- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to discuss project details.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Follow up with clients on operational aspects of the project.
Profiling Tool Management
- Manage and prepare client profiling and assessment tools.Liaise with clients to ensure timely completion of their profiles and assessments.
- Ensure the availability and accuracy of profiling and assessment reports.
- Work with providers to obtain batch summary reports.
Material Preparation and Delivery
- Work with facilitator on their material requirements
- Coordinate the assembly and printing of training materials.
- Deliver materials to clients in a timely manner.
Facility Coordination
- Book facilities for training sessions.
- Set up training facilities before sessions.
- Order and coordinate refreshments for training events.
Delivery Schedule Coordination
- Coordinate delivery schedules between facilitators and clients.
- Ensure smooth communication between all parties involved.
Facilitator Support
- Set up facilities according to facilitator needs before training.
- Act as a liaison between clients and facilitators.
- Address facilitator needs for training sessions.
Post Training Support
- Prepare and deliver evaluation summaries to clients after training sessions.
- Issue e-certificates to participants upon successful completion of training programs.
- Coordinate and schedule post-program email communications to participants.
Qualifications
- Prefers qualifications include a Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Experience in managing projects and client coordination.
- Prior experience in learning or training management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
