- Focus primarily on creating awareness of our Product Campaign at our partner’s space.
- To drive Digital Self-Serve platform to customer.
- Provide guidance should customer faced difficulties maneuvering the site.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age and relevant sales experience preferred.
- Energetic and proactive personality.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Highly Motivated to have a career in Banking Sales.
- Minimum N-Level holders and above.
- Highly Sales driven to achieve Sales Targets and able to work in fast paced environment.
- Able to work 6 working days in a week and one-off day.
- Working Hours: 12pm – 8pm.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
Salary Package & Employment Contract
- Basic Salary: ($2,300) including with HP ($100) and Transport ($300) allowances. <Total: $2,700>
- (Higher Basic negotiable depends on candidate’s relevant work experiences and achievements to proof)
- Monthly Commission Payout Structure: Incentives accordingly paid for Approval Cases.
- Performance Bonus Payout upon successful completion of yearly contract and payout based on employee’s overall sales performance.
- 12 Months Agency / UOB Contract (renewable on yearly basis depending on sales performance and management discretion).
- Subjected to Management Approval opportunity to be converted under UOB Payroll based on overall employee’s sales performance.
Hours of Work & Working Location
- Monday – Friday: 10.00am to 6.00pm.
- Saturday / Sunday & Public Holidays: 11.00am to 9.00pm.
- (Required to work 6 days a week including weekends and public holidays)
- Reporting Office @ 101 Thomson Road #11-05 United Square Office Tower.
- Deployment at Island wide Bank Branches / Road Shows.
