Minimum Qualification:
· Possess at least the minimum qualifications in Private Education Regulations S26
· at least three (3) years of teaching experience or with relevant industry experience
Those with potential but without the relevant experience will work under supervision.

· Manage, supervise, and administer the internship / industrial attachment programme
· Counselling & Pastoral Care
· Classroom Observation and Internal Verification of assessment

Committee Involvement:
· Involvement in Academic / Examination Board - Assist in the preparation and organization of Board meetings
· Involvement in Curriculum Committee - Participate as member in the planning, implementation and review of curriculum design and development of all courses
· Involvement in Academic Meetings - Participate to ensure successful conduct of Academic Meetings
Academic Duties:
· Administration
o Provide Counselling and take necessary intervention steps; Assess English Placement Test scripts;
o Assist to organize Student Development and Career Readiness (SDCR) activities;
o Carry out Class Observation when required
· Teaching - Carry out teaching duties not more than 30 hours per week and other related duties and to complete the necessary documentation on time
· Internship - Work with Assistant Mgr / Mgr or Coordinator (internship) to ensure successful implementation of the internship programme
· Internal Audits - Participate as Internal Verifier
· External Audits - Participate in the preparation for external audits and resolution of issues arising therefrom
· Training - Continual Professional Development hours shall be achieved according to target set.
