1. Manage VMware vSphere /Storage and Server infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, clusters, and virtual machines.
2. Perform capacity planning, resource optimization, and performance tuning to ensure efficient utilization of virtualized resources.
3. Configure and maintain VMware High Availability (HA), Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS), and other features to enhance system availability and workload balancing.
4. Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and migrations of infrastructure components in coordination with IT operations and security teams.
5. Deploy, and manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, operating systems, and related hardware components.
6. Configure and maintain storage solutions, including SAN and NAS platforms, to meet performance and capacity requirements.
7. Perform capacity planning, resource optimization, and performance tuning for servers and storage systems to ensure efficient utilization and reliability.
8. Plan and execute server and storage upgrades, patches, and migrations in coordination with IT operations and security teams.
9. Automate provisioning, configuration, and management tasks using scripting languages and automation tools to streamline operations.
10. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, system administrators, and other IT staff on server and storage best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
11. Experience with Hyper-V failover clustering, live migration, and virtual machine checkpoints.
12. Proven experience as a Hyper-V engineer or administrator managing large-scale virtualization environments.

1. Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for server and storage environments to ensure data protection and business continuity.
2. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems.
3. Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to integrate server and storage infrastructure with network and security components.
4. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in technology to recommend and implement innovative solutions and improvements.
5. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, IT administrators, and helpdesk staff.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or diploma in related field.
2. Proven experience as a system engineer specializing in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
3. Strong understanding of Active Directory architecture, design principles, and best practices.
4. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex AD and Microsoft 365 issues.
5. Proven experience as a VMware engineer or administrator managing large-scale vSphere environments.
6. Strong understanding of VMware vSphere architecture, components, and features, including ESXi, vCenter Server, vSAN, and vSphere High Availability (HA)
7. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP).
8. Experience with storage technologies, including SAN (e.g., Fibre Channel, iSCSI), NAS (e.g., NFS, CIFS), and RAID configurations.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
