Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Board, Senior Management and key stakeholders on the development of 5-years strategic plan
- This will involve developing and refining strategies, setting key performance indicators and making contributions to budgeting.
- Assist in driving the organisation’s corporate planning process.
- Monitor achievements in its strategic plan and corporate scorecard.
- Assist in the engagement and regular reporting
- Monitor industry intelligence for benchmarking purposes.
- Manage Board matters including Board of Governors and their terms of reference, Board member relations, coordination of Board meetings
- Assist in governance oversight over database including setting out policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and protection.
- Assist in compliance and regular reporting on charity governance.
- Assist in other related areas including risk register, Emergency / Business Continuity Planning and other duties as assigned
- Perform and oversee secretariat duties for regular management meetings.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience especially in strategic planning and strategy development.
- Good critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communications skills (i.e. written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of corporate governance
