About our client: Our client is a leading Main Contractor for Civil and Infrastructure projects.
Work Location: West (company transport will be provided)
Salary range: up to $4,500 per month
About the role:
- Responsible for administrating the Employee Lifecycle Management and Employee Relations such as New Hire Orientation/onboarding matters, Employee Engagement, etc.
- Lead work pass management and recruitment process
- Monitoring and regular updates related to work pass quotas and migrant workers levy status Updating of all Medical schemes and processing of payments including MWOC
- Prepare HR-related letters and correspondences such as Certificate of Employment, Confirmation Letters, etc.
- Handle HR internal and external audits
- Actively engage with Operations and provide HR business partnership Any other duties as assigned
About you:
- Diploma / Degree holder in HRM or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience.
- Prior experience in Construction industry is an added advantage Resourceful, self-driven, and possessed a high degree of professional integrity
- Good interpersonal skills and works well in a team
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office
- It is an added advantage if candidates can commence immediately or within short notice
