Our client is a leading logistics service provider for restaurant chains around the world. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Service Executive to be part of their Sales Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of Customer Service Executive:
- Coordinate and execute order processing activities to meet customer requirements.
- Ensure accurate handling of special orders and timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Record keeping, report generation, and document filing.
- Collaborate with teams to provide satisfactory solutions to customer issues.
- Address inquiries promptly via phone and email.
- Assist with sales billing reconciliation and handle returned delivery notes.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
