Job Description

  • Assist to prepare transshipment documentations
  • Reporting and data entry
  • Coordinate all shipping requirements in respect to transshipments
  • Prepare and check through t/s documentation
  • Attend to customer’s inquiries pertaining to rates and assist in queries/bookings/followups/complaints
  • Track shipments and updates
  • Manage and follow-up on any discrepancies
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements

  • GCE ‘N’/’O’ level/Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of related experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry. Fresh school leavers with the right aptitude are welcomed to apply
  • Proficient in MS-Office applications
  • Prior experience with Cargowise system not essential but would be a bonus
  • Proficient in Basic English
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Great sense of responsibilities and commitment
  • Comfortable and able to liaise with Chinese speaking customers in the Asia regions
  • Willing to learn
  • Good team player
