- Lead HQ and Regional training programs across Singapore and Asia Pacific offices, ensuring comprehensive material review and participant selection.
- Manage in-person and online training efficiently, handling scheduling, logistics, invoicing, and budget oversight.
- Work closely with HQ, team members, and stakeholders to conduct evaluations and gather feedback for tailored training interventions.
- Oversee training records, including certifications and academic sponsorships, while providing system administration and support.
- Design and maintain a dynamic Sharepoint Online site as a central hub for training resources and references.
- Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, including the development and utilization of diverse talent pipelines.
- Assist in facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of engaging employee wellness activities.
- Manage and administer the employee benefits program, ensuring smooth operation and tracking.
- Contribute to ad-hoc improvement projects and provide comprehensive training support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful and collaborative team player.
- Strong organization and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and foster teamwork.
- Proficiency in human resource digital software systems preferred.
- Strong business management skills advantageous.
- Proactive approach to driving process productivity.
- Preferred proficiency in project management capabilities.
