We are looking for a Patient Financial Service Officer to outsource to our healthcare clients.
Job Description:
- Registering patients, ensuring accuracy of data
- Scheduling of appointments
- Attend to patients' enquiries and needs
- Handling of phone calls and emails
- Other ad-hoc admin duties
Job Requirements:
- Min N / O / A Lvl / Nitec
- Diploma in Accountancy is a plus!
