Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support for key field service activities in line with client's requirements.
- Perform on-site maintenance service which includes preventive maintenance, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of service equipment.
- Preparation of service and calibration reports
- In-house repairs and service of portables & equipment
- Liaising directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Perform various relevant tasks required by your supervisor or manager for the proper functioning of the department.
Requirements:
- Higher NITEC / NITEC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience
- Possess good communication skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Meticulous, self-motivated, positive working attitude and multitasking
- Possessing a Class 3 Driving license would be beneficial.
