Job Scope:
- Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem which includesidentification, diagnosis, rectification and escalation.
- Offsite Standby support for emergency incidents / cases after office hours on a weekly rotational basis amongst the team personnel.
- Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Bank’s standard
processor
- Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and
Microsoft applications
- Facilitate assistance in Software Distribution services for Customer’s users.
- Manage (liaison for queries, escalation, problem determination and resolution, and MAC –
move, add and change) 3rd party vendors.

Requirements:
· 2 years experience in IT support and systems maintenance.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Good problem-solving skills.
· Availability to work on Saturdays when required
· Willing to take on additional tasks and roles as and when required
- It would be great if you have prior IT support experience in a bank
- Trade Floor Support (will be a plus)
