1. Manage fulfilment of daily orders from various online platforms.
2. Ensure that products are displayed neatly and are sufficiently stocked.
3. Check and update product inventory.
4. Requisite stocks from main store and retrieve stocks from cold room.
5. Assist in the packing and repacking of products.
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure sales, products and deliveries are handled efficiently.
7. Handle and follow up on walk-in and online retail customers’ enquiries and orders.
8. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in work area.
9. Provide sales and administrative support to the team.
10. Assist in other ad-hoc assignments.
