HR & ADMIN MANAGER
(Salary range: S$4,500 - $5,500)
WHAT YOU DO
- Support the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes recruitment and selection, employee relations, payroll management, insurance renewals, training and development
- Responsible for the full payroll functions
- Well versed with WPOL and EPOL applications and guidelines
- Hands on experience handling work injury and insurance claims
- Execute HR operational functions related to employees' data management, leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, etc.
- Review policies and process flows
- Develop an internal work plan to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
- Ensure the organization is in compliance with MOM statutory requirements
- Promote staff awareness of workplace safety and health, communicate and educate staff on the Workplace Safety Act together with the Workplace Safety Consultant
- Manage and supervise the Office Admin Function (such as office rental, office workspace allocation, wellness program, staff pass, stationeries, pantry, etc)
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience (specifically in HR Governance, people risk management, HR budgeting, and Office Administration), with at least 3-5 years in a people management role
- Well versed and knowledgeable in HRIS System, preferably CuteOffice
- Experience in rolling out HRIS implementation projects within organization
- Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Resourceful, independent, meticulous with a strong desire to learn, and be able to work in an agile environment
- Able to work independently with integrity under minimal supervision and collaboratively within and across teams
- Preferably able to commence work at short notice
