Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operation in support of Sales teams including order acknowledgement, processing quotations, Purchase Order, Sales order etc
- To liaise and coordinate to customer’s request or delivery
- To provide good support and customer service to existing customers
- Handle walk-in customer and phone enquiries
- General sales administrative duties
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager and management
Requirements:
- Min Nitec or GCE ‘O’ Level
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in using Oracle SAP is an added advantage
