Regional Product Manager
Job Summary
- Manage the LFP Products in the area of Product Marketing to effectively ensure achievement of the Business Plan/Set Target objective in terms of sales, profitability and sustainability and also New Product launch.
- Ensure adherence to set systems thereby ensuring a professional approach to the entire business activity.
Key Accountabilities
1. Market Research
- Conduct market research / environment scan and assess opportunities.
- Translate key competitor, consumer, and technology trends into sound business decisions.
2. Data Analysis
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify significant trends.
- Utilize statistical tools to project and forecast impact of trends on Company's sales and pricing numbers.
- Conduct impact analysis to assess ROI of marketing efforts.
3. Customer Intelligence
- Demonstrate strong understanding of consumer needs and behavioural patterns (including end-users and channel partners).
- Conduct customer segment analysis to identify appropriate products / services for different segments.
4. Product Planning and Management
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the product specifications.
- Define product strategy and develop product road map.
- Track and sustain / enhance performance of product.
- Manage product life cycle.
5. Pricing Strategy
- Understand, compare, and effectively utilize a range of pricing strategies.
- Develop and adapt pricing strategy based on internal and external trends.
6. Go-to-Market Strategy
- Formulate appropriate market strategy for product line.
- Develop and implement product launch plan and timings.
- Maintain oversight of campaign strategy
7. Product Marketing and Support
- Develop and deliver sales and marketing tools and product documents.
- Supply sales with latest research and marketing information.
- Track success of sales promotion and marketing campaign for product
8. New Product launch
- Fix pricing of new product with related department and Head Quarter
- Prepare and deliver new product materials such as brochures, web contents and related documents.
- Conduct product training for all related departments including all SEA sales companies.
Requirements
- Product management, Data analysis, Presentation, Logical thinking
- At least 3 years of professional experience on the job – B2B business experience is preferred.
