Job Description
- Order fulfilment by refer to lead time matrix.
- Coordinate with customer and logistics partners via email or phone call on order requirement.
- Control and manage day-to-day operation using WMS.
- Coordinate with driver for order delivery.
- Responsible for meeting customers' KPIs.
- Undertake ad hoc task assigned by the Management.
