Job Description
- Assist in all HR activities Biz. Recruitment, On-boarding, Training for blue-collared employees & temp staff
- Assist the HR department in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the work environment
- Assist in handling the processing of insurance claims for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury, etc
- Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems
- General office management such as ordering stationery, pantries and others.
Requirements
- Any degree holders who have experience in HR & administrative activities are preferred. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
- Keen to learn and gain exposure in the field of Human Resources
- Must be comfortable travelling to Tuas and speaking with Rank-and-File workers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with the local labour legislation is an added advantage.
